Room at Prana del Mar: Let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep at night, in your beautiful ocean-view room at this luxurious eco-friendly retreat center from December 5th – 12th. During ample free time, enjoy Prana del Mar’s gardens, pool, meditation room, and hot tub. (Single supplement $315).
Twice Daily Yoga: Arise with the sun and awaken the body and mind with a guided spiritual practice which blends Hatha and Kundalini Tantra Yogic techniques with Sufi poetry to open and balance the heart and allow your love to flow freely. Afternoon classes deepen your experience through deep openings that impact both the body and spirit.
Three Vegetarian Meals Daily: Enjoy delicious local foods, combined with the basics of Ayurvedic nutrition to enhance your overall health, wellness and vitality.
Feel the Natural Rhythms of Nature: Nurture your soul in the sparkling blue waters on a snorkeling excursion, enjoy the breath-taking views during a half-day Cliff-Walk, and bond with horses as we ride beach-side.
