Class Descriptions

Sadhana – a personal spiritual practice, which includes the physical postures of yoga, as well as chanting, breath and mental focus exercises to help you reconnect with your true essence.

Hatha Yoga – Class focused primarily on the physical postures of yoga (asana), designed to help you explore and deepen your relationship with the elements of Earth, Water or Fire.

Kundalini Yoga – Integrates physical movements, mental focus, breathing techniques and awareness of the energetic effects of yogic practices, designed to help you experience and balance the elements of Earth, Water or Fire.

Earth – Balanced Earth energy helps us feel safe, nurtured and at home in any situation, as well as allowing us to take care of our basic human needs with ease.

Water – Balanced Water energy helps us fully recognize, experience, and express a full range of emotions, and go with the flow of life’s changes, while maintaining our core.

Fire – Balanced Fire energy helps us live life with zest and passion, and develops the ability to take charge, and when appropriate, to surrender into the flow of life.
